Jero works remotely and is an integral part of our team, helping ensure that every client interaction feels smooth, thoughtful, and well cared for. With more than a decade of experience in customer service and sales, he has a natural ability to create an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Before joining our firm, Jero spent five years as a Training Supervisor, where he developed systems and processes that reduced friction and improved client satisfaction. He is incredibly resourceful, takes initiative, and consistently figures things out with minimal supervision. Simply put, if something needs to get done, Jero will find a way.

He is known for his upbeat attitude, constant smile, and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. His commitment to the firm and to our clients is steady and dependable — and deeply appreciated by the entire team.

Outside of work, Jero loves singing and music, which reflect the discipline and rhythm he brings to his role each day. He also enjoys caring for his pet fish - a hobby that speaks to his patience, attention to detail and ability to create balance, both at home and in his work. Jero is also known for his quick humor and impressive knowledge of movie quotes, keeping our team laughing even from afar.
